Presenter - Martin M. Shenkman, CPA, MBA, PFS, AEP (distinguished), JD, of Shenkman Law

Martin M. Shenkman focuses his practice on estate and tax planning, planning for closely held businesses, and estate administration.  He is the author of 43 books and more than 1,000 articles. 

Additionally, he is active in many charitable causes; among them, he founded, which educates professional advisers on planning for clients with chronic illness and disability, and he has spoken and written widely on the topic.
